This is PGM3b2 as how I meant to upload it. Included in this ZIP is PGM3b2.exe, ReadMe.txt, and Tut.pgm3 - Features: Tips button, transparent mouse tile, wild battles, starter editor, wild editor, rooms, title editor, save/load, and play.
