Started as a warmup project to get to know how Game Maker 8 works, but felt fun enough to polish into a complete arcadeish rpg shooter.
15 cumulative skills to specialize on, each level up randomizes 4 for you to choose from, so every game can be drastically different.
3 standard enemy types and a boss. There are several different fully scaling wave types, although they tend to get recognizable only later on in the game, when there are lots of enemies in a wave.
You'll know if you got the best rank in the game if you'll get greeted with "Congratulations!" Have fun! 😊
* Known issues: EXP bar sometimes stays full after level up - visual glitch only, Occasional button release issues after level up :/
